We currently offer psychotherapy for adults, children and families. Each of our therapists comes with their own expertise, and are empowered to draw on their own strengths within their practice. Visit the team tab for more information on each clinician's services.
Our individual psychotherapy services are 50-55 minutes in length. We offer a sliding scale for our fees, which ranges from $25-$170. We view the practice of providing affordable care to others as a community endeavor and as a result have designed our fee structure so that those with higher access to wealth can support those without it. We also believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health care no matter their economic situation, so if these rates are not affordable to you, please discuss this with your therapist during the intake process.
We also accept many insurance plans. For information on which insurance plans each of our therapists accepts, please see the Our Team tab. We are especially committed to serving clients with Masshealth in Hampden County. If your specific Masshealth plan is not listed, feel free to contact us.
In addition to individual psychotherapy services, we offer groups, coaching, workshops, and organizational consulting—we are especially eager to support other clinicians interested in transitioning their practices into worker cooperatives!
